Friendly, professional, and true moving experts. Wrapped my furniture with such care, and were really efficient about moving it out of the building and super-strategic about packing the van. Showed up on time to the minute and had me out in record time (a full hour less than I expected). I think hiring local moving companies is the way to go, and this is the best moving company and team I've ever worked with. Even though I needed a lot of junk brought up three flights of stairs, they pushed really hard to keep it all within three hours, so I wouldn’t be charged the additional hour. Never heard a single complaint or concern. I requested quotes from several major moving companies and Lou was by far the cheapest. The team showed up ready to go and put in a lot of effort getting all of my things up a 4th floor walkup in what I'd consider record time. Kiki M.2024-06-06I love these guys! I used them for a move a long time ago (maybe 2015?) and then again in June 2024. They were super accommodating when my move was much larger than I originally anticipated (I ended up taking a lot more furniture than I thought I would to my new apartment) and I was not as prepared as I had intended to be due to a death in the family right before the move. The whole team was polite, kind, moved as quickly as possible. Sweet Lou's crew took apart my bed, brought all of my furniture an hour away and reassembled the bed in under two and a half hours! I couldn't recommend their service enough.
